〈著作權〉 Pixabay 圖庫有兩種授權模式, 你知道嗎?

Pixabay 圖庫有兩種主要的授權模式：

  1. Pixabay License（Pixabay 授權）

    • 允許免費使用、修改、分發，甚至用於商業用途。
    • 無需署名，但不能以圖片本身作為主要銷售內容（例如，不能直接販售圖片作為海報）。
    • 禁止誤導性使用，例如將人物照片用於誤導性或不道德用途。
       

  2. Creative Commons (CC0) 授權

    • 這是一種完全放棄版權的授權，與 Pixabay License 類似，但沒有 Pixabay 平台的額外限制。

 

另外 Pixabay License 要求使用者上傳圖片，內容必須全部是由自己創造的才行，圖片中不可含有非自己創作的元素。

CC0授權無此限制，內容可以包含其他CC0授權的內容。

要如何區分這圖片是屬於哪一種授權呢?

4. CC0 license.

Some of the Content made available for download on the Service is subject to and licensed under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license ("CC0 Content"). CC0 Content on the Service is any content which lists a "Published date" prior to January 9, 2019.
